Thanks for using the many privacy services offered inside JL Referrals. For simplicity we will refer to these, and also third party services which are used by JL Referrals or within JL Referrals technology, as the “Services".
Some features of our Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which you should read before making use of those features, and they add up to these Terms. JL Referrals is not a replacement for your ordinary mobile or fixed line telephone and does not allow you to make emergency calls to emergency services.
Legal Capacity of Children and Minors: If you are under the age of consent in your country to form a binding agreement, you should only use our Service if you are either an emancipated minor, or have the legal consent of your parent or guardian for your use of our Service. You should use our Service only if you are fully able to understand and enter into and comply with these Terms.
Updates to Terms: We may revise and reissue these Terms occasionally at JL Referrals. You consent and agree to receive notices of updates of these Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using our Services and/or close your account.
Trademarks and Copyrights: Our Services and materials JL Referrals on our Services (“Material”) are protected by copyrights, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights (“Copyrights”). Some of the characters, logos, or other images incorporated by JL Referrals in our Services are also protected as registered or unregistered trademarks, trade names, and/or service marks (“Trademarks”). JL Referrals or its licensors own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Material and Service, and by using our Services, you do not acquire any ownership rights in Service or Materials contained therein.
House Rules for Using the Service: You may access and display Material and all other content displayed on our Services for non-commercial, personal, entertainment use on any tablet, smart watch, or mobile device you own or control.
You are prohibited from storing, distributing, or transmitting any unlawful material through this Service, otherwise you may be exposed to criminal and/or civil liability.
Modifying, or using the Material or any other content for any purpose not permitted by these Terms may be a violation of the Copyrights and/or Trademarks protected by law.
Without limitation, you agree not to send, create, or promote malware, message chains, spam or other forms of unsolicited messages that impact the enjoyment of the other users.
The Material and all other content on this Service may not otherwise be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any way unless specifically authorized by JL Referrals.
Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise reducing the code used in any software on this Service into a readable form in order to examine the construction of such software and/or to copy or create other products based (in whole or in part) on such software, is prohibited.
You are prohibited from using any services, software or facilities to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts.
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Material and/or the Services.
User Content: We want to protect you and other users (“Users”) and make sure your experience is positive, we reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Service (“User Content”), to suspend or terminate users, and to block participants of JL Referrals Chats without liability to us, including where such User Content, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or we otherwise find objectionable.
Public Chats: Public Chats are conversations held between groups of participants who have a common interest or affiliation. Public Chats may include content that is not suitable for children and therefore, persons viewing, following or participating in one must do so at their own discretion. You can always unfollow a JL Referrals Public Chat if you find it to be unsuitable for you in any way.
Comments: JL Referrals does not undertake to monitor User Content, opinions expressed using our Service are not necessarily those of the JL Referrals and the content posted on public chats and other forums is not the responsibility of JL Referrals. When you use our public features, your Content is public and you are allowing anyone to view it, associate it with you and store it.
Abusive Content: JL Referrals does not support or accept illegal or abusive content on the JL Referrals Network. JL Referrals gives you tools to help you deal with this content including block and report features. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Account Information: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account. You should notify JL Referrals immediately of any unauthorized use of your account but we will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account.
Feedback: JL Referrals will consider anything you provide to JL Referrals, including feedback, ideas or suggestions and/or contribute to this Service as available for our use free of any obligations to you (including any payment). Under no circumstances will we pay you for the use of your ideas or submissions.
Personally Identifiable Information: DO NOT share it, our Service is anonymous and secure by design and we are not liable if you reveal your identity
Disclaimer of Warranties: Although we make great efforts to make our Service error and interruption free, JL Referrals does not warrant that the functions contained on or through this Service will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or that defects will be corrected. No oral or written information or advice given by us shall create a warranty. Your use of this Service is at your own risk and JL Referrals disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: JL Referrals disclaims and does not accept any liability for any loss or damage resulting from any use of, or inability to use, the Service, Material, information, or other Content on the Service or site even if any member of the JL Referrals has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Without limitation, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction in the event of any such loss or damage arising therein. The limitations will apply to you only to the extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of ten dollars ($10.00). You release The JL Referrals from claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses and damages arising from disputes with other users of the Service, breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
Investigations: By accepting this agreement you waive and hold harmless all members of the JL Referrals for any action taken during or as a consequence of investigations by either a member of JL Referrals or law enforcement authorities.
Local Regulations: To the extent you choose to access our Service, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws.
Choice of Law: To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If you ever wish to seek any relief from us, you agree to do it only through arbitration, and you waive the ability to pursue class action.
U.S. Residents: Any dispute of any kind between you and arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures on an individual basis with no class relief.
Non-U.S. Residents: You and we agree to send a written notice to the other providing a reasonable description of the dispute, along with a proposed resolution of it. Our notice to you will be sent to you based on the most recent contact information that you provide us.
General: If any provision of these Terms are adjudged, by written decision, to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed sever-able from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. If you read these Terms in any language other than English, you agree that in the event of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

Identifying information we collect through other means.
Account and Profile Information: We collect information about you when you register for an account, create or modify your profile. The mandatory information JL Referrals needs in order to create an account for you is your display name and password. Additionally, you can provide a profile photo, and other details to your profile information at your own discretion and responsibility. JL Referrals advices users to not include names, identification numbers, phone numbers, birthdays, or any other personal information on the display names, profile pictures or any other data that is publicly accessible within the Service.
Content you share through the Service: User Content itself generated or shared through the Service or JL Referrals technologies is not stored on our servers after a reasonable period of time and in most cases it is not stored by us at all.
Information you provide via support channels: In case you choose to engage with our support representatives through any of our official support channels, and depending on the nature of the support request, you may need to provide account information, details about an issue or incident, contact or billing information or other identifying information as needed. Information collected this way will be stored for a reasonable period of time which may be extended indefinitely as required by any ongoing investigation or legal dispute.
Your use of the Services: We may keep track of anonymous performance and statistical information about the features that you use and some of those features may also require access to information in your device like your camera, geolocation and storage in order to perform as desired, this is only used in real-time.
Device and Network Information: We do not collect or store network or device information when you use our Services that can be used to match your account to your identity like IP addresses or network topologies. We, or associated third parties, may track certain information like country of origin of the connection, device type, OS version and certain events as an aggregation of data (anonymously).
Other users of the Services: It is possible other users have you on their contact list, chats or mention your display name in a support ticket.
How we use information we collect:
To provide the Services and personalize your experience: We use information about you to provide the Service itself to you, let you log in, provide customer support, maintain your list of contacts, remember your profile settings, etc.
For research and development: Performance and statistical data about your Content may be processed in order to provide a better experience for all our users (i.e. to troubleshoot app crashes, identify trends, usage and popularity of features, activity patterns and areas for integration and improvement of the Services). Data collected for this purpose will be aggregated and completely untraceable back to particular users. We also test and analyze certain new features with some users before rolling the feature out to all users.
For Customer Support: We may need to use information about you to help resolve technical issues or other requests for assistance that you report to us. Anonymous metrics about support tickets may also be collected for performance and reporting purposes.
For safety and security: We use information about you and your Service use to verify accounts and activity, to monitor suspicious or fraudulent activity and to identify violations of Service policies.
To protect our legitimate business interests and legal rights:Where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights, interests and the interests of others, we use information about you in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory, and audit functions.
If you give us consent to do so for a specific purpose, in which case you have the right to change your mind at any time, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place.
We need it to provide you the Service, including to operate the Service, provide customer support and personalized features and to protect the safety and security of the Service.
It satisfies a legitimate interest (which is not overridden by your data protection interests), such as for research and development, to market and promote the Service and to protect our legal rights and interests.

How we share information we collect:
By design, we do not collect personally identifiable information about you. In case we receive such information (like from a support ticket) we will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer it to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How we store and secure information we collect:
JL Referrals uses end-to-end Multi End Message and Object Encryption (OMEMO) for all messages and files transferred in the app. If both users are online when a message is sent, message data is stored on our servers. If a recipient is offline, the message is delivered as soon as they come online. Messages and files are securely encrypted every step of the way so even if they are intercepted through the network only the intended recipient can see the Content. Received messages are stored locally in your device, also encrypted and hidden form other apps.
We use a complex combination of multiple protocols in use today by other privacy focused cryptocoins adapted for use within our network. These protocols protect KRX whether they’re sent directly to another user or tied up in a smart contract. The JL Referrals Stealth Protocol contains many novel security and privacy features including but not limited to military-grade encryption, strong default protection with passphrase encryption on wallet creation, dynamic address creation, obfuscation measures for transactions, Tor and VPN support.
Know your rights.
You have the right to request a copy of your information in a digital format or transfer of this information to a third party. You have the right to object to our use of your information by stopping the use of our Services. You have the right to restrict and update your information at any time from the app itself and account information and messages can be instantly destroyed easily if you so choose, also from the app itself.
This Service is controlled and operated by JL Referrals under the laws of the United States of America.
